Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Precision Entry, a locksmith company.

1. Locksmith Services

Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for locksmith services that have been rendered or if the technician has already arrived at the service location.
Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made before the scheduled appointment and before the technician has begun travel, a full refund will be provided. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
Alternatives: If the original time selected does not work for you, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment instead of canceling it.

2. Emergency Lockout Services

Completed Services: No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed.
Cancellations: For emergency lockout services, cancellations must be made before the technician is dispatched to qualify for a full refund. Otherwise, a dispatch fee may apply.

3. Key Duplication and Programming Services

Completed Services: Refunds are not available for completed key duplication or programming services.
Errors or Defects: If a key duplication or programming error occurs due to technician fault, we will correct the issue at no additional charge.

4. Security Consultation Services

Completed Consultations: Full refunds are eligible upon request for consultations, minus any credit card processing fees.
Prepaid Packages: Refund requests for prepaid packages will be evaluated on a prorated basis for unused sessions, minus a cancellation fee.

5. Other Services

Refunds for services not specifically outlined in this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Precision Entry.

Note: Precision Entry prioritizes customer satisfaction. In cases where this policy conflicts with customer disputes, we will evaluate all concerns on a case-by-case basis and make every effort to find a satisfactory resolution.

General Refund Conditions

Disputes: Any refund disputes must be submitted in writing to precisionentrysav@gmail.com within 30 days of the transaction date, detailing the reason for the request.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Force Majeure: Precision Entry retains the right to decide on refunds requested due to delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Precision Entry reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Please review this page periodically for updates.
